03-29-2011 Is it possible that your ISP is blocking access to port 25, your servers currently running on both port25 and 26, so can you attempt to use port 26 for outbound email instead of 25 and try to send a test message. To change the port via outlook please follow the steps: Outlook >> Tools>> Account settings (double click to the email)>>Change E-mail Account >> More Settings >> (Internet E-mail settings)Advanced>> Outgoing server (SMTP): change the port in the box from 25 to 26 and try to test it. for more info please get back to support department
